Day 1 - Prompt : Begin with a bang!

The explosion shook her right to her core,
She lay broken, crying, face down on the floor,
Like a disused and long forgotten building,
Giving way to the pressures of time, yet she's unyielding,
Windows smashed like gapped teeth, in the dusty half light, glass glitters upon the ground,
There was no specific day that you left, you were just no longer around to be found,
Hollow, abandonment like the semtex duct-taped to her empty shell,
A lifelong, undiscovered trigger, into a new, fresh, hell,
If leaving was the implosion, than your return was the explosion,
Her ears ringing with the sounds and smells of burning hearts that she couldn't keep track,
The tinnitus started when she realised you hadn't really gone, as you walked right on back,
Only now she was no longer a child, your innocent little girl,
Her teenage troubles were just starting, the fall-out about to unfurl,
